– Cancellation within 48 hours: 50%
– Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: 70%

Minor procedures (cutting, gloss, treatments):
– In case of cancellation within 24 hours: 50%

Guests arriving ill:
If a guest arrives ill, we are not obliged to provide the service and are entitled to charge 50% of the service fee.
If, with our consent, we do provide the service, the use of a mask is mandatory. The guest accepts the conditions and costs associated with the use of the mask.
