Cancellation policy:
Guests who cancel or change their appointment less than 28 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. Guests who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

How can I make an appointment?
You can book an appointment by phone, text message, or through our online booking system. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.
How much does a service cost?
Our prices depend on the length, thickness, and condition of your hair, as well as the service you choose. We can't always give you a 100% accurate price over the phone or in a message, so the final price will be determined during your personal consultation.
Do you need to wash your hair before dyeing it?
– It is not necessary to arrive with freshly washed hair for root touch-ups.
Important: if the guest has used root touch-up spray or hair coloring spray to cover gray hair, it is mandatory to wash the hair before coloring. Otherwise, the dye will not adhere properly, and we cannot take responsibility for the result.
– For highlights/balayage, you must arrive with freshly washed hair; your hair can be no more than 1–2 days old.
Cancellation policy
Major procedures (highlights, balayage):
– Cancellation within 48 hours: 50%
– Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: 70%
Cancellation policy:

Minor procedures (cutting, gloss, treatments):
– For cancellations within 24 hours: 50%
Products used
In our salon, we use Kevin Murphy products, as well as selected Japanese and Korean shampoos and conditioners. We strive to work with gentle yet effective products that maintain the health of your hair in the long term.
For hair dyed at another salon
If your hair has been dyed at another salon using a different brand, we cannot take full responsibility for the result. We are not familiar with the materials and techniques used by the previous stylist, so it is possible that previous pigments may reappear over time. In such cases, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired result.

Women's haircut: 1–1 hour 15 minutes

Gloss/Treatment: 1.5–2 hours (depending on drying or cutting)
